Douglas Franklin is an Information Systems Graduate from Appalachian State University, located in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. Our History
DOUGNET Computer Consulting has been providing the most honest, dependable & affordable computer related services since 2001. DOUGNET is locally owned and operated in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. DOUGNET is proud to provide computer service & support to all and has the knowledge and experience that you have come to expect when it comes to computing.
Meet the Team
Stuart was born in NC and joined our team in 2021 to start his career in IT. In 2023 he was promoted to Office Manager and Business Consultant Lead. Stuart started studying at Caldwell in the fall of 2024 to start his degree path. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, hitting the gym, and spending time with his wife.
Tyler joined Dougnet in March of 2023 to get his start in IT. He is one of our residential technicians and is using the experience to develop his skills and further his career in technology. Tyler enjoys spending time with his friends and girlfriend, playing video games, and customizing his PC.
Austin has been with Dougnet since August of 2023 and is one of our residential technicians. He graduated from App State in the fall of 2024 with his bachelor’s degree. He loves video games and movies and is definitely a dog person!
Sky has been in NC for 9 years and joined our team in 2024 to pursue a career in IT and cybersecurity. Sky is currently studying computer science and cybersecurity at Appalachian State University with plans to graduate in May 2025. In their free time, Sky enjoys exploring new cybersecurity tools, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family.
