Dougnet is also an authorized provider of Voice over IP phone systems. This phone system is internet based rather than traditional phone line. This allows for better call quality and more features like voicemail directed to your E-Mail inbox, better spam filtering, and even a phone app so you can take calls while out of the office. Our phone system can be set up for multiple users and can include the names of employees and their titles or labeled by location.
Administration
For extra security and management, many businesses decide to use server based administration to handle employee computer accounts. Using a server will speed up onboarding of new employees and make sure that passwords are being updated properly. This can be accomplished through an Active Directory server located at your business or through Microsoft 365.
