In most cases, the better remedy when possible is to drop your machine by our location for more extensive diagnostics. Our lab is run by certified technicians who will take your computers thru an extensive set of tests to make sure that your memory, motherboard, hard drives, CPU, GPU, and power supply are functioning at expected levels.

We will also check your OS to ensure that it’s up to date, and that you are protected adequately by doing a Virus/Malware/Spyware evaluation. This comprehensive tune-up gives us the unique ability to consult and advise on future vulnerabilities and back-up recommendations to protect against catastrophic data loss.
