Most computer trouble can be solved in our office but sometimes problems require a house call. Give our office a ring and speak with one of our experienced technicians, they will assess your situation to see if on site repair is needed. For larger projects our techs will visit for a consultation to walk through the project with you and prepare a quote and schedule a day to initiate the project. For Power Users, we offer our custom designed services for those tasks that require a little more processing power. All machines can be enhanced to some degree; either with more memory or bigger NVME SSD drive. But we don’t stop there…Dougnet can also custom design High Performance Machines used by Gamers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors. These machines can be comprised of a variety of high performance parts, so call today to talk to a representative about your specific needs. All custom machines come with a 3 year hardware warranty. OEM systems come with either 1 year or 3 year warranty – depending on manufacture.

Need a laptop? Our partnership with Lenovo allows us to keep a consistent stock of high quality laptops. Whether its for checking your e-mail, working on the go, or taking notes in class, we have what you need.
Networks
We offer network solutions that range from full implementations down to a home router. Pictured here is an example of one of our larger projects with over 100 ethernet lines we ran to a centralized Rack Station.
